Refund policy

Opened fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If a sealed bottle arrives damaged, leaking or different from the order, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund the item.

Change-of-mind returns on unused, sealed stock may be accepted within 7 days, subject to inspection. Delivery fees are refunded only when the error is ours.
